ASSISTANT CHAPTER DIRECTOR

Another fun filled month gone by! The month of June has been very HOT! Chapter A has now started our dinner rides at 7:00 pm on Fridays. This seems to work better for everyone during summer months so try and make plans to come out on Friday and ride with us to find some good food somewhere. Chapter A had a few riders go to Simpsonville after our meeting and make an attempt for the plague. Of course we did not have enough points to bring it home but we sure had fun visiting all of our GWRRA friends. It sure pays to ride with us for luck just ask Ken Mcalister of F troop. He and my wife Donna both won the 50/25/25 drawings and I also won a gift basket worth $90.00. A few of us rode to Hiawassee Ga. For a day visit to the Ga. Rally. A few of us bought items for wings. After all that fun we took the long way home via Franklin, Highlands and Walhalla. We are currently talking about our next ride and welcome your inputs. Right now I think the mountains are being favored because of temperatures being what they are. How many waterfalls can we visit in one day? How many cool places can we think of to ride to? Everyone needs to start thinking about the rally in Charleston next April. It will be here before you know it so get your reservations made. Also do not forget the Picnic at little Mountain later this year, lets plan a group ride and make a day of it.
Ride lots and be safe!
